I love my home state. I love the seasons, the Great Lakes, and, of course, the people. I even love the baseball team, although it’s been one tough year. The one thing we’ve been missing here in the Mitten though is an organization for us mystery readers and writers so we can get together and explore our love of mystery and crime fiction in all its forms. That’s why I’m so excited to say that Sisters in Crime now has a Michigan chapter!
Sisters in Crime was founded 30 years ago by a group of veteran women mystery writers who wanted to bring more attention to the work of women in mystery and crime fiction. Since then they’ve grown into a vibrant national organization that supports and celebrates all mystery writers and readers, at all stages of their journey.
